When you reach out, our friendly team will talk to you on the phone to learn all about your specific roofing needs and vision. We’ll gather information about the issues you’re experiencing and what you have in mind for your final result.
Present the Estimate
We’ll pull together the scope of your project— customized to the size of your property, material choice, and preferred turnaround time. Then, we’ll present you with an honest and detailed price estimate for your unique roofing project.
Project Coordination
When the contract is signed, a dedicated Customer Concierge will help with scheduling, permitting, material ordering, and communication about lead time and material release dates. We communicate at every turn, so you never feel left in the dark.
Construction Kickoff
On your scheduled service date, a dedicated field manager will be on site as the materials get delivered and the crew starts work. We’ll coordinate all other necessary trades for your roofing system, and the crew will perform the tear off and installation.
Close Out
When the installation is complete, our team will perform a final walkthrough to ensure quality. This includes completing all clean-up, closing the permit, and delivering the warranty. Then, all that’s left to do is marvel at your beautiful new roof.

Are you fully licensed and insured?
Yes! We’re fully licensed and insured in the state of Florida for your safety and ours. You should always check on Florida’s DBPR website to ensure the contractor you are working with is properly licensed in the state of Florida and carries all the proper insurance policies. Many contractors come into the state, especially after large storms, and do not understand installation requirements in the state of Florida, nor are they properly licensed or insured, putting you personally at risk.
