Present the Estimate

Project Coordination
When the contract is signed, a dedicated Customer Concierge will help with scheduling, permitting, material ordering, and communication about lead time and material release dates. We communicate at every turn, so you never feel left in the dark.
Construction Kickoff
On your scheduled service date, a dedicated field manager will be on site as the materials get delivered and the crew starts work. We’ll coordinate all other necessary trades for your roofing system, and the crew will perform the tear off and installation.
Close Out
When the installation is complete, our team will perform a final walkthrough to ensure quality. This includes completing all clean-up, closing the permit, and delivering the warranty. Then, all that’s left to do is marvel at your beautiful new roof.

All of our roofs are Made to Order, so we take care in curating the materials. Usually, your new roof will be installed in just a few short months.

What warranties do you offer?
All premium roofs come with a 5-year workmanship warranty, no questions asked. Brava Tiles also come with a 25-50 year product warranty.

Composite roofing products (also called plastic shingles or synthetic shingles) are the best way to achieve the stunning look of old-world materials like slate, clay tiles, and cedar shakes at a more accessible price point.
